This Mexican restaurant and caterer is a favorite for those who appreciate quick service without compromising on taste or quality.
Chipotle’s menu is a celebration of vibrant and satisfying dishes, designed to please a variety of palates and dietary preferences. For the health-conscious or protein seekers, the DOUBLE HIGH PROTEIN BOWL is a standout — featuring double portions of tender Adobo Chicken, light white rice, creamy black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, melted Monterey Jack cheese, and a generous bed of crisp shredded romaine lettuce. Each bite delivers a harmonious balance of smoky, savory, and fresh flavors that make it incredibly fulfilling. The HIGH PROTEIN CUP CHICKEN is also a powerful choice, serving up a robust 32 grams of grilled Adobo Chicken perfect as a snack or protein-packed side.
For those looking to craft their perfect meal, the Build-Your-Own options enable diners to customize everything from the type of meat—whether it’s succulent chicken or richly flavored steak—to the accompaniments like white rice, black beans, fresh tomato salsa, and guacamole. This flexibility caters beautifully to individual tastes and cravings. Chipotle also offers their classic Build Your Own Burrito, wrapped in a warm flour tortilla and loaded with your choice of rice, beans, veggies, and a range of delicious toppings such as queso blanco, sour cream, and guacamole—each element bursting with authentic Mexican flair.
What truly elevates the experience at this Chipotle location is the friendly and attentive staff. Despite a busy atmosphere and often long lines, team members move swiftly and work efficiently to keep the flow seamless. As one customer named Starfleet noted, the kindness and helpfulness of the majority of the staff create a welcoming vibe even during peak hours.
Safety and allergy awareness are also clearly prioritized. Chelsea Greenwell’s review highlights how the team immediately took careful precautions when informed about a food allergy, including changing gloves, washing hands, and meticulous food handling to prevent cross-contamination. This level of conscientious service goes beyond what one expects at a fast food restaurant and reflects Chipotle’s commitment to guest well-being.
This Chipotle branch also shines in catering, making it an excellent choice for groups and events. Jeff Otto praised their punctuality and accuracy in a catered lunch order, affirming that the food was not only delivered on time but was delicious and satisfying for all recipients.
While some customers mention inconsistencies in flavor and service—as with any busy fast-casual spot—the overall reception points to a dependable, flavorful dining destination. Pablo D found the experience “average but eatable and without problems,” which truthfully sums up what many returning guests appreciate: solid, reliable, and flavorful Mexican fare with the convenience of quick service.
Whether you're grabbing a quick bite, ordering a hearty protein-packed meal, or planning a catered event, Chipotle Mexican Grill on Troy Road offers a flavorful, fresh, and friendly way to enjoy Mexican cuisine. Aside from the first guy who asks what you’d like hating his job— everyone else was the kindest, friendliest people. So helpful and they moved pretty quick to have such a long line.

This place is a hit or miss, I have had amazing service to some very bare minimum service. Overall, the food typically tastes pretty good, the meat is flavorful and the portions are pretty good, but some days they are on the more mediocre side. One night the steak will taste flavorful others it'll be a bit more bland, it's the same for the guacamole and rice some nights. I will definitely still be visiting this location because even though there are some less than amazing days, the good days make this location well worth the money in my opinion. On the lower days the food is still very good, but having tasted the peak of flavors from assumably fresher ingredients or better preparation I can only give this location a four star.

Not sure why there are so many horrible reviews. I went here to see if they were true, and despite it is not the best Chipotle ever, it is not a horrible experience. I went twice in 2 days and had my burrito and then my quesadilla on time and not extremely hot, but eatable and without problems. Average Chipotle, but it disappoints!

I told them I had a food allergy when I ordered and the person taking my order immediately took all the allergy precautions without a second thought, changed gloves and washed hands, they used clean spoons for everything and didn't even let the outside of the dish touch the food prep counter to maintain safety. It's very rare to come across such great service in a fast food place.

Picked up catered lunch. Everything was correct for the order and on time. It was delicious.

The food was really good, I did not feel like it was all rice in my burrito. Staff are friendly. The place was pretty dirty as far as the floor and tables. It's just as pricey as everywhere else. Two small drinks were something like $6.50-$7.00 - didn't get asked if we wanted drinks, so that was a separate purchase. Spent $29 on kids meal and 2 burritos.

I ordered on the App. My food was ready earlier! At the lunch rush on National quesadilla day! The lady working the window and making the food was extremely nice! She did a fantastic job making all my food. It was picture perfect. Sorry I ate before I thought about taking a picture. The taste was spot on! I’ve been to plenty chipotles this one is the best! I highly recommend this location. I’m sure the inside experience would have been just as great.

had the literal worst night ever and decided to stop for food on my way home. i came in 50 minutes before close and everybody working was still SO sweet. the food was still fresh. the rice was amazing tonight and my bowl wasn't skimped on in any sort of way. the only thing was they were basically out of guac (it was not that serious). besides that, i seriously cannot complain with the service or food whatsoever. 5/5 honestly
